Tight hamstrings can lead to low back pain, glute pain, knee pain, and more. Those of us that walk a lot, run, or exercise frequently, may find the hamstring tightening up and causing pain or tension in other places of the body. The yoga strap can be your answer to these issues.

In this 6 minute practice, I’ll be working with an Infinity Yoga Strap. Infinity Yoga Straps come in different sizes. You can also find stretchier versions of the Infinity Strap, as well as a less flexible version. For this practice, I’m working with a less flexible strap!
If you don’t have an Infinity Strap – don’t worry! You can substitute by using a regular yoga strap, a belt, a dog leash… or any other tools that you have available. Incorporate these stretches into your regular yoga practice, or use these stretches as a stand-alone practice.
