When it comes down to it, yoga is all about balance. You’ve probably noticed this yourself as you try to incorporate a regular yoga practice into your everyday life. And really, what’s harder than finding balance – in our work lives, in our family lives, within our relationships… Finding balance is HARD!
In yoga, balancing poses can tell us a lot about ourselves. You might notice that your balance is better in the evenings, or better in the mornings. You might also notice that your balance has changed as you’ve grown older. Taking notice of what your body is telling you as you move on your mat is where the magic of yoga is hidden.
So let’s build more balance in our yoga practice and in our lives!
