This 40-minute yoga practice opens with a flowing vinyasa warm-up that builds on the Sun Salutes from earlier videos.Then, a sequence of standing poses help to stretch your hamstrings, low back and mid back. You’ll remember many of these poses from Intro to Yoga for Bigger Bodies Part 1, 2, and 3. Remember to flip back to previous videos for a quick refresher.
Connect with your body and listen to your breath! Pause the video and take as many breaks as you need. Grab two yoga blocks, a bolster or cushion, and a blanket before you begin.
