This 25-minute practice offers a yoga flow that takes place in a chair. Using a chair is helpful for students with limited mobility and sore knees. This practice is also perfect for those of you with limited time and space to practice! Even with the help of a chair, this is still an energizing practice. You’ll notice that the extra support for your low back and hips allows you to experiment with depth and range of motion. Grab two yoga blocks and a sturdy chair before you begin.
