Welcome to the Thirty Day Yoga Challenge! This is a great way to stay motivated and experience a wide variety of classes on the site.
There is only two things you have to do to complete the challenge:
1) Decide how many days you will practice: 20, 25, or 30
2) Get to your mat that many days.
Take these thirty days and tune into your body and mind, it’s all
about YOU. Use the social wall or our private Facebook Group to let me
know how you are doing on your challenge.
Each Day will Include
* A short video from Dianne. Sometimes the video will include
simple flows, meditations or demonstrations.
* Suggested Yogasteya Class for the day. Of course this is only
a suggestion. Give your body what it needs!
In this first video we take a minute in quiet reflection to set an
intention about what we hope for this challenge.
Please take this time to reflect on the number of classes you chose
earlier, what you hope to achieve during the challenge, and any
part of your life that needs healing or nurturing.
