Intro to Yoga Bigger Bodies Part 1
It is a 25-minute practice dedicated to making room and space within your body.
In the first installment of the four-part Intro to Yoga for Bigger Bodies series, you’ll discover the Ujjayi breath or ‘yoga breathing’, which helps to soothe your body and relax your mind. Then, you’ll move through modified Sun Salutes that make the popular vinyasa or flowing-style practice more accessible.
Before you begin, grab two yoga blocks and thick blanket. Then, set aside 25-minutes to enjoy this practice. Modifications will be provided to help you work harder or more gently – depending on what your body needs.
