Handstand (Urdhva Vrksasana) is one of the more challenging poses. The challenges reveal a lot about who you are and how you are feeling that day. If there are days you can’t balance you may need to think about if your sleep, diet or nutrition are off. Muscle imbalances may be another reason you may have trouble with any challenging pose that you are working on.
Handstand is not a beginner pose. If you do not have a handstand practice currently, just enjoy the video with a nice cup of tea, then work on it with your yoga teacher. 🙂
