Yoga Handstand also known as Adho Mukha Vrksasana, a full arm-balancing pose is very helpful in opening up the shoulders and developing wrist and arm strength.

Yoga Handstand
Handstand is one of those poses that we all aspire to but can be difficult to reach. If you do not already have a very strong practice please please only attempt handstand in the presence of a well qualified teacher. Hopefully this video will provide you with some inspiration to challenge yourself on and off the mat!
