Yoga Warm Up – Body Positive Yoga
Amber Karnes from Body Positive Yoga shares a gentle 15-minute warm-up flow that’s perfect for starting your day, adding a little movement to your afternoon, or reducing any tightness that may have accumulated in your hips and low back!
This flow will encourage you to extend and flex your spine as you work to gently open the hips. Be sure to grab a blanket and a set of blocks before you begin!
Amber brings her signature body positive style to this warm-up flow and offers a number of accessible modifications to help your body experience maximum benefits without any compromises to your comfort and safety. You’ll learn to effectively modify your lunges, Downward Facing Dog and basic yoga postures to keep you safely aligned throughout your warm-up.
