It’s true, the holidays can be stressful. It can be a joyous occasion to see friends and family over the holidays, but the holidays also bring a lot of stress. From braving the crazy shopping centres, trying to find the right gifts for the right people, and even spending time with people we don’t get along with (you can’t choose your family – lol)
This is a 30 minute class designed to help you shed the stress and revitalize your body and mind.
