Trikonasana – Triangle
Trikonasana or Triangle pose is a total body Asana. In this pose, you’re strengthening and stretching the core muscles, hips, hamstrings, shoulders, chest, and low back. Clearly, there’s a lot going on in this pose! This can be tricky when you’re working with an abundant body, tight hamstrings, or an achy lower back.
