As you flow through this 7-minute practice, you’ll get to sample a little bit of everything. From modified Sun Salutes, to Standing Lunge poses, and a closing Back Bend, this powerful little class has it all.
Use the variations, modifications, and props you need in order to really make this practice your own! If you have extra time, feel free to repeat the sequence over again.
