This quick, 5-minute practice is the perfect way to start your yoga class! Therapy Balls are inflated rubber balls available through Gaiam. If you don’t have Therapy Balls, try using tennis balls.
In this practice, you’ll learn the proper placement of your Therapy Balls for maximum results. Starting with your feet and working your way up, we’ll cover your whole body! By the end of this 5-minute sequence, your muscles will be relaxed and ready for some yoga!
