When it comes to balance, there are many factors that can affect your stability. Sleep, stress, anxiety, and even the time of day can all affect your ability to find your balance.
While balance can be fickle, the good news is that it can always be improved with a little extra work!
The following 10-minute Short Balance Practice offers safe challenges designed to build your balance. Before you begin, set up your mat close to a wall. Keep 2 yoga blocks nearby for each support in this practice. Also, challenge yourself to smile during this practice! Balancing can be frustrating, so it’s important to keep things light. Remember: working on balance is a practice.
