If you only have 15 minutes and you have some energy to burn off this is the class for you! This is an advanced beginner class so be prepared to sweat!
In this class we focus on maintaining balance while moving. Balance is always one of the more challenging things we encounter during a yoga class so keep in mind that falling out of these poses is natural and is part of the practice. We also give some some extra attention to your core, because a strong core is key to great form and balance.
