The 5 Minute Daily Practice is the perfect afternoon pick-me-up!
In this easy-to-follow sequence, you’ll find standing and balancing yoga postures. Each invigorating pose is designed to help boost your energy, while also increasing your focus and awareness. This practice can be done alone, or as a yoga warm-up before a more intense practice. In it, you’ll find a modified Sun Salutation that includes popular standing poses like Warrior 2 and Peaceful Warrior.
Take this practice with you where ever you go!
As always, remember to work at your own pace. Focusing on your breath with help you maximize the benefits of this 5-minute practice. For an added challenge, try to complete this practice once a day!
