This 50-minute Yoga Strength Training is an intermediate practice is designed for those looking to take their yoga practice a little bit deeper or work a little bit stronger. Be prepared with some water, props and any other tools you need to help you stay focused and comfortable as you explore this more advanced flow.

This practice uses a quicker pace and invites you to work with one breath and one movement as you progress through shoulder openers and arm strengthening poses as well as poses focused on improving your core strength. This practice also includes movements designed to boost your cardiovascular strength as you practice hopping and jumping…and maybe even exploring a full handstand!
